INDICATIONS
For the temporary relief of nasal congestion due to the common cold, hay fever, or other upper respiratory allergies (allergic rhinitis), or associated with sinusitis.
INGREDIENTS
Active Ingredients:Contains: Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride (0.05%).
Inactive Ingredients:Benzalkonium Chloride (0.02%), Glycine, Sorbitol Solution, Water.
DIRECTIONS
Adults and children 6 to under 12 years of age (with adult supervision): 2 or 3 sprays in each nostril not more often than every 10 to 12 hours. Do not exceed 2 applications in any 24-hour period. Children under 6 years of age: consult a doctor.
To use pump: Remove protective cap and prime pump by depressing it firmly several times. Hold bottle with thumb at base and nozzle between first and second fingers. With head, upright, insert nozzle into nostril. Depress pump two or three times, all the way down, and sniff deeply.
WARNINGS
Warnings: Do not exceed recommended dosage. This product may cause temporary discomfort such as burning, stinging, sneezing, or an increase in nasal discharge. The use of this container by more than one person may spread infection. Do not use this product for more than 3 days. Frequent or prolonged use may cause nasal congestion to recur or worsen. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor. Do not use this product if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, diabetes or difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland unless directed by a doctor. Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
